Many people around the world visit California. Some people visit family, business trips, or travel all together. There are many attractions where one can visit. However, one that I am an expert on and may help you is Universal Studios Hollywood. You know the "Entertainment Capitol, where movie magic comes to life" yeah, its USH!
Universal Studios Hollywood, from Minions to Harry Potter, Kung Fu Panda, and so much more partnerships. So let's get to it.
How to plan a trip to Universal Studios Hollywood.
Flying: If flying international your best option is Los Angeles International Airport. You may find cheap airline tickets than arriving to other airports. Spirit Airlines are less expensive but, then you are paying for what your getting (experience wise). Southwest, have reasonable pricing and bags for free. You can purchase airline tickets through expedia, cheapair, or then the airlines website.
Getting around: You may use Uber, Lyft, public transportation, rent a car, or a family member who lives in California that may pick you up.
Accomodations: Hotels, well it is generally up to you. Airbnb is also an option. There is Sheraton and Hilton that circles Universal Studios and may be a best option. They do offer hotel shuttle or have bundles.
Best time to Visit: Tickets, the best time to visit USH is mid August to mid November and mid January to mid May, to avoid long wait times. Weekends tend to have longer wait times and depends if holiday Tickets are cheaper when its non-peak days. Anything ranging from $99 to $119. Holidays are expensive.
Once at the Park: There is so many places to eat: Luigi's, Moes, Chicken shack, Three Broomsticks, Mexican cuisine, Minion Cafe, Jurassic World, Panda Express, Mels, and you still have carts and stores that offer food. My favorite places to eat at USH is: Three Broomsticks, Minion Cafe, and Luigi's. Three Broomsticks you have options like: sausage, salad, ribs with. potatoes and corn, chicken with corn and potatoes, a family feast plate with ribs, chicken, potatoes and corn, try the Iced tea Lemonade (so good), and the desserts are to die for. Luigi's, is Italian cuisine: pizza(cheese, pepperoni, and veggie), pasta (spaghetti and fettuccine Alfredo, and Cesar salad. Minion cafe, contains: grilled cheese, pulled pork grilled cheese, nachos, ramen, chicken, and minion desserts. Typing all these foods down made me hungry (lunch break) lol! Lunch is typically around 12-3 pm. Where I see a lot of people eating and ordering. Park may close at 6:00 pm, 8:00 pm, depends on weekends to weekdays or holidays. There is many attractions to see at USH, there is shows like Waterworld, Animal show, Special Effects.
Honestly, I have been going for the past 5 year and every year USH always amazes me and I love going.Can't wait to see you there lol!
